To further develop these sustainable relationships, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who understands how to build trust, recognize opportunities and, together with colleagues, structurally help customers.
What are you going to do?
As a Key Account Manager at Blis, you are responsible for a number of strategic accounts: customers and partners with whom we do multiple projects and often have worked with for years based on strategic goals. Your focus is not on quick deals, but on sustainable growth.
- You further develop existing customer relationships, but you also supervise tech start-ups from first introduction to long-term cooperation.
- You work according to consultative selling: you delve into the customer's business and know how to create business value for this customer with digital solutions and new technology. You are able to convince (senior) stakeholders and decision makers on the customer side of this
- You actively contribute to new business: you use your own network, proactively approach customers and prospects and apply the “copy-paste-shuffle” principle by redeploying proven solutions to new customers. We don't do cold calling or “shooting with hail”. New customers are created for us, mainly through our network, substantive discussions and by coming up with real solutions.
- You actively contribute ideas about business development, propositions and market developments
- You follow up on inbound prospects who come in via marketing and sales campaigns
- You work closely with marketing, other Key Account Managers and our delivery organization (project managers, consultants and developers)
- You ensure a good transfer from sales to delivery and service management
- You create account plans for your most important customers
- You use AI-first work to work smarter, faster and more effectively.
Who are you?
You are a strong interlocutor at various levels with our customers: from C-level and IT management to business stakeholders.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in this:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role within project- or consultancy-driven organizations
- You have experience in operating and expanding key accounts and long-term relationships
- You have proven knowledge and experience with consultative selling
- You have an affinity with digital innovation, technology and business issues
- You have strong analytical skills
- You communicate clearly and convincingly (in Dutch and English)
- You are creative, a team player and feel comfortable in an environment where collaboration is key.
- Working AI-first appeals to you. Whether you already have experience with it or not. You are curious and see AI as a tool for working smarter. At Blis, we'll take you through that. From preparing customer interviews to account plans.
What do we offer you
- Gross salary of €6,000—€8,000 based on 40 hours
- Annual profit sharing (we don't believe in individual bonuses, we achieve success together)
